We are looking for a senior software developer for an organization that works with digital services for a fair, transparent, and efficient mediation process. You will be part of the team that manages and further develops a platform that supports the entire chain from housing advertisements and application management to tenant proposals and bank integration.

The assignment involves working closely with an existing development team, taking significant personal responsibility, and providing technical guidance for continued development and quality in deliveries.

• Participate in daily development work with the team
• Develop and maintain backend in C#/.NET and data storage in MSSQL
• Develop and maintain frontend in React and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality from other developers
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive development issues forward
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other agile ceremonies
• Document technical solutions according to established practices
• Independently prioritize tasks in dialogue with the IT manager and the team

• At least 7 years of experience in backend development in .NET
• At least 7 years of experience with MSSQL
• At least 3 years of experience in development with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• At least 3 years of experience with IAM and identity solutions (OAuth2, SAML)
• Experience with integration solutions and REST APIs
• At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD, such as Azure DevOps or equivalent

• Experience in taking a leading role in daily development work and supporting the team with technical recommendations
